Dover’s R&R Commercial Realty welcomed their newest agent, Tracey Horstmann, on Oct. 30, 2025. Bringing more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, development, and retail management to the firm, she specializes in landlord and tenant representation for leasing and sales throughout Maryland and Delaware.
Before joining R&R Commercial Realty, Tracey served as a Real Estate Development Manager with PennTex Ventures, where she spent seven years overseeing site selection and development for Dollar General. During her tenure, she successfully managed the construction of new Dollar General stores across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
Her prior experience includes working with Broad Reach Brokerage Services, where she focused on retail leasing, sales, and ground-up development, and nine years with CoStar Group as a Certified Research Analyst covering the Baltimore commercial real estate market.
Tracey also has a strong background in retail management, having held leadership roles with Kinko’s and Starbucks. In addition, she proudly served seven years in the U.S. Army as a combat photographer, where she developed her attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to excellence.
Her diverse experience and comprehensive understanding of the Mid-Atlantic market make her a valuable resource for clients seeking strategic real estate solutions.
